As you all know, Mr. Jorge R. Mustafa is the new Region 13 coordinator. He will
continue the good work of his predecessors but with a different outlook that will add

| Region 13 comprises all those affiliated chapters that are outside the mainland, with the exception of Texas. The idea behind this is to close the distances between these chapters and bring them together in a "Virtual" place. To that effect, the following chapters comprise R13: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Texas, Mexico, Argentina-Brazil, Peru, British Columbia, Canada and soon we will be inviting to join other Latin American chapters.
